Not up to paradise standard
I have stayed in several parador before and this is the worst parador I have been. The air con was not functioning well, mattress not comfortable. Couldn't sleep well for all night.

Nice place to stay
I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.
