Arrived at hotel night of and reception acknowledged they received the reservation, but that they gave our rooms away accidentally and had only 1 room left for 5 people. After scrambling to find another hotel for the night, we contacted Expedia for a refund and they kept trying to reach the hotel to approve the refund but nobody would pick up. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it.」
