“Sue worked very hard on restoring this property after the hurricanes. It was beautiful on the inside. It was very spacous with all new furnishings. The location is within walking distance to the beach, food, drinks, and shopping. The only downside was having to leave. We cannot recommend this place enough.”

“We had an excellent experience. Stayed here with our kids ages 4 and 6. Appreciated the beach toys, beach chairs and few floaties provided for use. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool too and we had it to ourselves everyday. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to this unit but it was not bad at all. We arrived at midnight and our door access code did not work. I called the energy line and they reset the door code and got us in within minutes. Would definitely stay here……

“10/10! We stayed at this property Nov 21-26 (my mom, 2 boys age 5 and 7, and myself). The property was easy to get to (25 min drive from Sarasota-Bradenton), check-in was effortless (host sent a code), and the property was very clean and quiet. When you see how close the beach is in the pictures, that truly is how close it is! The chairs on the beach were super convenient. The seller was an excellent communicator! She kept in touch with us after the hurricane and was upfront about issues caused……

“I always expect every condo to honestly be the same, sofa that is worn out that you cant ever relax on, and typically the place you stay isnt even what is advertised in the pictures. I can say this place is amazing! Take the best place you have ever vacationed and that wouldnt live up to this condo! Rex is such a amazing host, if something is going on around the property you are his first priority. You can definitely tell he and wife Michelles main goal is to make sure you have a wonderful……
