“Poor toilet and bathroom setup”

“Check-in was difficult because of the lack of English. The clerk assumed I was a transit customer who should have an airline voucher. I could not get her to understand that I should have had a reservation. I got woken up at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am to be told the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I think I finally persuaded them I was not going to the airport! My bathroom had no toilet seat. I was offered another room which was far better, although I could not get hot water at the sink,……

“One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Reception and management had no record of our reservation and said they do not normally work with hotels.com. I had requested hotels.com to contact them to arrange the free airport transfer but hotels.com was not able to contact them. Booking conformation contained only a phone contact which did not work and no email contact. We were nevertheless provided with a room but the first room I was provided did not have hot water - broken when I called……
