“Stay was problem free. Great house for families. One of the rooms can only be accessed through another room so that was slightly awkward as coworkers, but just a minor detail. No problem for families. Checkout process was clean and simple. Would/ will probably return next year if available!”

I demand a refund and an apology. Take the hotel conditions, etc. with a grain of salt. The form required all fields to be entered to make a submission. ”
