“We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view……

A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. ”

“Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto und den Eingang zu finden war nicht ganz ohne. Danach war alles sehr gut. Freundlicher Empfang, ein sehr schönes und gräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, alles Sauber und Duschen mit Meerblick war auch für uns neu, war aber super. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wir konnten aus der Karte bestellen. Parkservice sollte genutzt werden, denn es gibt nur beschränkt Parkplätze.”

“the room is big, but the light not so bright enough. there were smell of a bit like cigarette, but i reckon that's the fragrance the hotel choose. the breakfast was cheap but good. the car park was a bit confuse to park the car. ”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”
