Très beau séjour!
Belle résidence, calme et agréable! Appartement bien équipé, bien situé: Nous avons apprécié la présence d'un lave-linge! Madame Gras est très sympathique. Schöne Wohnung die gut ausgestattet ist. Tolle Lage. Toll, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist! Fr. Gras ist sehr nett.

Résidence sympa
La propriétaire a été agréable à l'arrivée et au départ. Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans la résidence avec les copains et l'accès au jeux. L'étang est à côté pour faire du pédalo où du bateau sans permis. Le lidl juste en face c'est un plus. Beaucoup d'activités à faire à côté. Le petit moins, problème de parasol qui n'a pas pu être changé à temps dommage car le soleil était bien présent sur la terrasse jusqu'à 14h et compliqué pour nous d'y rester du coup. J'ai du refaire un petit coup d'aspirateur en arrivant car le sol n'était pas top mais ça vient peut-être des locataires d'avant...et j'ai lavé 2 couvertures qui était tachées à notre arrivée...dans l'ensemble on a quand même bien profité de notre semaine dans cette résidence.

Entre étang et mer
Excellent séjour dans cette maisonnette très bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la proximité de la mer, de l'étang, du centre ville, et du supermarché. Encore merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil très chaleureux et toutes les petites attentions. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Pour faire du vélo et du kayak, c’est génial 👍 avec le lac marin juste à côté ! Bonne location, rien à dire, l’endroit est plutôt calme 😉 et le supermarché est là à 2 pas 👍 bon séjour !

Charmante petite maison tout confort
Nous avons apprécié cette maison et l'ensemble des prestations proposées. L'ensemble est très bien équipé et de nombreux rangements sont offerts ! La literie est très bonne et l'accueil de notre hôte a été charmant, convivial et très agréable. La réservation en cette saison nous a permis de nous reposer et de profiter de ce coin au calme mais non loin de balades à pieds pour faire vos courses ou visiter la ville, le port .... Nous recommandons cette maison Merci à vous !

Petite maisonnette sympathique et fonctionnelle ! Tout le nécessaire pour le confort est présent , nous avons passé un agréable week-end prolongé l'accueil du propriétaire est simple et chaleureux !!! 4 étoiles sur 5 car petit bémol ayant des enfants la barrière de la mezzanine ne monte pas entièrement jusqu'au plafond et du coup un risque de chutes est présent !

Logement fonctionnel conforme au photos. Propriétaire dispo et a proximité en cas de besoin. Région riches en découverte (1 semaine c'est trop court...). Multiples balades et activités a proximité, plages à perte de vue...) Ville de Port Leucate très propre, animée. Un séjour inoubliable.
