不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度
Poor maintenance, poor facilities
A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days I stay, and I didn’t see anyone using the pool. You can smell the hotel hasn’t cleaned their carpet for long (luckily not sticky, just very old).
They don’t have front desk staff sometimes.
There are hundreds issues I can still point out. I give it 2 stars just because it has a very nice restaurant called Fire Stone. But you don’t have to waste your money on the hotel room if you just want to have a good food in the restaurant there.
See no point in wasting your money in this hotel. You deserve to have a better hotel in this price.
