In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. 「Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel」

「Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

「Emplacement très calme, studio sympa sans lit double, juste un lit superposé dans un endroit exiguë de 1m50 de large et encore, pour un couple on doit dormir sur le canapé lit, d'un confort relatif et sans couette de la largeur, nous avions deux couettes de 90 , pas très agréable ! L’accès est, comment dire, pas simple , une rampe en béton très pentue ou alors un accès a l’ascenseur par un dédale au sous sol sur des caillebotis en caoutchouc, pas simple non plus avec quelques bagages ! 「Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.」
