“The loft was beautiful and clean! Perfect place to stay close to our concert venue. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to power and light. We parked right out front with the metered parking and paid via text. Comfy beds and nice showers.”

“The home was nice and very spacious! Loved that all rooms had a bathroom! My only complaint is that it smelled like raid all throughout he house! Overall LOVED IT and would stay again on our next visit here”

“This house was, spacious, neat, clean and so comfortable for a visit with family! Beds and furnishings were comfortable! The hosts were responsive. Check in and check out was so very easy. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We would recommend highly!”

“We had a great time at the homestead! We loved that we were very close to downtown Lawrence, but could also experience some quiet downtime on the lovely front porch. The coffee set up was really cute and the home had everything we needed.”

“We stayed at the Homestead while celebrating our annual girls trip. We all met in KC and all but one of us still lives here. We were overwhelmingly pleased with our stay. The bedroom situation was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the house was very comfortable for our whole group. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We have a tradition of cooking a meal together and we had every thing we needed for our 3 course meal. The location was walking distance for picking up things……

“Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). “House was clean and cute. Ants were everywhere downstairs. Wi-fi never worked and TV didn't work. I tried to message thru app, but was told to reference the same incorrect information again. We were mostly gone from the house during the day, but these were very disappointing things when traveling with a friend and our three kids. ”

“You can tell the owners/managers put a lot of effort into this house! We couldn’t stop complimenting everything we saw in each room. Every room was decorated so well and was so cozy. We used the “fireplace” which made it even cozier. The ONLY flaw the property had was the neighbors overgrown weeds(?) hanging over the fence that is along the driveway. We’ve got a few new scratches from the greenery because we didn’t want to park on the street. ”

Front desk in-polite in check-in.

"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
