“Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by.”

“Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. Not sure what the “thematic” part of the title is though, as there were no……

“Fridge not cold ,and hot shower was not hot enough ,second batch room shower tub not function well .”

“Amazing location with night market just right below the hotel. Just need to come check in before 6pm else traffic jam along the way in.”

“Strengths: Spacious full sized apartment- 3R2B with living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony (my favourite hangout spot amidst the cosy cool breeze) All facilities are functional Comfortable duvet Competitive pricing Easy parking Located right at the Brinchang Night market Weaknesses: Bathrooms were wet and had smell during check-in Floor is kind of sticky Mattresses have aged”

Great value for money hotel in a beautiful place

"This hotel was really great value for money, although it may be helpful if some basic renovation could be done, due to it appears to be quite old now. The room was pretty big and bed was comfy as well. I had requested for a baby cot when booking and it was already in the room when we checked in. Breakfast area is big and good varieties of food items. Staff in the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, they have free parking for hotel guests, which is quite important in a far off place like Cameron highlands. The location is quite good as well, it was right in between the attractions we wanted to visit I.e. strawberry farms up north versus the tea plantations further south. However, as mentioned previously, the property is badly in need of some basic renovation at least. The locker looked like the controller may fall off anytime and the wear and tear on the flooring and walls and furniture is visible. Secondly we got a room on the second floor of the C wing, which does not have a lift and I had to manually carry all the luggages up and down to/from the car."

Poor Bathroom

"Overall speaking, it is a good experience - the staff are friendly, old fashion construction. But, really really complete on the bathroom - bathtub water drains just slow, furthermore, the construction of shower bath room just totally room, it cannot stop the water from shower "flow" out. after shower, the whole bathroom just "flood""
