“Perfect location, great to have kitchen, washer/dryer, parking spot, sitting area. Is in a former garage behind a house, very quiet and private. Go slowly driving in, steep at the beginning. Would suggest brighter lighting in the bathroom and curtains that cover the windows better for sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a lovely cottage and, had it not been so cold, it would have been a perfect location for our family Thanksgiving. I was disappointed to learn that what looked like a roaring fire in the photos was candles burning in the fireplace, but Nathan was kind enough to stop by with space heaters and we warmed up well enough. It was a quick drive off I-840 with a bit of a rough driveway, but the house was worth it.”

“My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely vrbo in Franklin while we were in town for a weekend with singer/songwriter Matthew West. The home was within walking distance to the Factory where we met several times. We were also there for the tree lifting which was amazing!! Susan was such a wonderful host she came over when we arrived to show us around the house and was so friendly! 10/10!”

“We enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing setting of Storybook Cottage. The cottage was well furnished and provided everything we needed for our stay. The hammock and fire pit were a lovely feature of this property. Thanks for providing a great space for others to enjoy.”

“We lucked out and stayed with perfect weather and the fall colors very prominent. Spent hours into the night sitting on the porch making memories. I had my elderly parents with and they also fell in love with the property and my mother has not vacationed for 30+ years. Would highly recommend and hope to possibly revisit again.”

We walked into the VRBO after our wedding late at night and saw a beautiful display of “Mr. & Mrs.” Alongside a beautifully plated WEDDING CAKE and a rose petal heart with tea lights on the bed! “Central in the state of Tennessee this is close to Nashville, couple hour drives to historic sites. Beautiful, serene, wildlife - birds, deer, We came in October at a time where evenings and mornings were perfect for sitting on the screened porch. Merlin identified many different birds; I particularly enjoyed the carolina wren song and seeing red cardinals - not available where I am from. Although close in proximity to the owners, they were very respectful of our privacy. Beautiful pool out……

“My wife and I really enjoyed the two weeks we stayed at Cheri's little place. Besides being as cute as it could be inside, it also has a very nice, completely fenced-in, private backyard with a covered sitting and grille area right outside the back door. We would definitely recommend Cheri's for your stay in Franklin.”
