“This is a nice Hotel.”

“When I entered the room for the first time, there was already something in the trash can. They did not clean off. However, the staff was friendly.”

“The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.”

“My room was clean and mostly comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and new with a lovely rain shower head. My main issues with the place were the room electricity and the surrounding area. When I attempted to charge my laptop (using a standard type F plug that I use daily in my home in Germany without any issues) my hand was shocked by the outlet and all power in my room went out. When I went downstairs and informed reception of this, I was made to wait in the lobby for an extended period of……
