“This was our second stay at this property. We chose it last year due to its convenient location and chose to stay this year because we liked it so much. It's spacious, clean, and has everything we need for a 9 day stay. Located in Mendon on Route 4, it's just 10 minutes to Pico-Killington, less than 5 minutes to Route 7, and no more than 10 minutes to downtown Rutland. ”

“My friends and I enjoyed the house immensely. My husband loved the sauna, while my friends enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals for 16 people. Lots of space for a large group. Small issue with the deck furniture but was resolved immediately. Very impressed with Irina and her responsiveness to queries. Recommend very highly.”

“Great house for the weekend. plenty of room very clean and the hot tub was great! Super easy to book and it was about 25 minutes from Norwich University. We had 5 adults and plenty of room for everyone. Back deck was very comfortable to sit outside! only issue was we had zero internet service for me that was great but not so much for the rest of them! ”

“This is a beautiful home and a great place for a family vacation. We got on the lake daily with the watercraft and made meals daily in the fabulous kitchen. The location is terrific with lots of hikes nearby.”
