Had a fantastic stay at Villa Conche. The flat is conveniently located in the middle of the peninsula, close to everything. The flat is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and extremely well equipped, testifying to both the professionalism and generosity of spirit with which Corine welcomes her guests. We felt right at home and particularly appreciated the comfortable furniture, vast array of kitchen equipment (including a multitude of sharp knifes, pans and pots, and also a pot large enough to cook a lobster or langoustine), and the plancha grill on the outside terrace. Bicycles, paddle boards and kajaks can be hired separately from Corine at a fair price. Communication with our host was great, yet she was incredible discreet at the same time. I can highly recommend this property. A word of warning though: this flat is ideal for an extended family or two couples with a bunch of kids. Don't try to put adults in the bunk beds - these really are beds for kids. Lege Cap Ferret is an incredibly beautiful place with a friendly and relaxed vibe. We loved the picturesque oyster villages with their profusion of oyster shacks serving excellent seafood right by the beach. Chai Anselme in Le Canon and Cabane 57 in Piraillan were our favourites. The market in Cap Ferret is fantastic, and if you can try to make some time to explore Arcachon and the Pyla dune on the other side of the bay. Le truc vert is the closest Atlantic beach with lifeguards, large shady parking and 2 cafes.

Corine ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich und hat gute Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, es bleiben da keine Wünsche offen es jann gekocht und gegrillt werden mit der perfekten Ausstattung. Dazu kommt noch die fantastische Umgebung. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Such a great HOST and LOCATION!
We stayed for a week with our family and young kids in the Villa Conche. We had a great time, we could rest well. It was so well organised by our host Corine. She thinks about every detail to make your vacation very smooth! We rent her bikes , it was so convenient. She helped us to check for the sailing club and welcome us with some local specialties, it was very sweet of her. She did her best to follow the rules about the COVID for the cleanliness. It is really well located , the wet market Piraillan is for us the best (we know quite well Cap Ferret) and it was few minutes from our villa. We are very close to the beach and it was easy to ride to the Cap wit our bikes on the trail. We will come back for sure ! We will definitely recommend her villa to ours friends !

Idéalement situé au Cap Ferret, ce grand appartement, très bien équipé, avec terrasses offre toutes les commodités pour passer le plus agréable des séjours, au calme, en famille. Really lovely accommodation and great host. Very convenient o local amenities, and the bus from Bordeaux stops under a minute away. Bikes were provided by the host for an additional fee which was very good value.

One of best features of our stay at La Conche was brilliant accessibility of the bassin, the Atlantic beaches, the surrounding villages all of which we cycled to on the bicycles available for hire at the villa. It’s also important to emphasise the warmth of our welcome by Corine Courbin on arrival. We loved the layout of the property and even though it’s in the middle of a fishing village, hedges and tasteful planting allow for total privacy. Excellent beds, peaceful nights, no mosquitoes, easy to live in, clean, well furnished inside and out We will be back!

Nos vacances à la Villa La Conche à Piraillan nous ont permis de découvrir l’un des plus pittoresques villages ostréicoles du bassin d’Arcachon. La villa est bien située à 10 minutes de marche des commodités ,boulanger,traiteur,caviste, superette,restaurants et en saison du marché local. Les plages du Truc Vert et de la Garonne (surf) sont à peine à 15 minutes en vélo et la piste cyclable dans la forêt est magnifique. L’appartement est très bien aménagé, bien équipé, bien ventilé. L’environnement est calme. On ne peut demander mieux. Corine, la propriétaire, est aimable, discrète, est toujours disponible lorsqu’on a besoin d’elle pour nous faciliter la découverte de son coin de pays. À recommander sans hésitation. 5/5

Le jardin de la Villa est une bonne adresse, conforme aux photos et à la description, même mieux . Cuisine super équipée, bonne literie, emplacement sympa pour les baignades sur le bassin et proche des petites boutiques alimentaires, L,endroit est calme et le logement est frais , notre séjour tombait en pleine canicule. Nous avions déjà fait un séjour et les améliorations faites apportent un plus , salle de bain rénovée , nouveau mobilier. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute
