"The room was a good size and the beds very large and comfortable. The only issue in the room was that it was a dark room with no direct light where the tea making facilities are which was a hazard. The spa restaurant and general areas were very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Every member of the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the reception area. The room was exactly as expected and was clean and very well presented throughout. There was a good selection available for breakfast and again the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our evening meals were taken at the Stables pub, the food was excellent and there was a good selection of quality beers on tap as well as a wide variety of other drinks. "Property was great from start to finish! Check in was easy, room was suitable for us although we did have 3 In a room and the 3rd person bed was a matress on the floor! It was comfortable so I can’t complain but not ideal with my back. Restaurant was great for breakfast, had the usual wants for a breakfast! Staff were good in there aswell! Check out easy - ample parking and ample blue badge parking! "

"Whilst the condition of this Britannia Hotel may be a it run own in places - the facilities and staff are excellent. The welcome I received on my check in (which was after 10pm) was outstanding and the gym host could not have been friendlier. The gym whilst small and a little outdated, was also a brilliant facility to have available. This service along with these facilities at this price wa amazing value!!"
