Simply Perfect
Apt. very clean, compliance with description. We enjoy our time. The host is very kind and always present if need. In our opinion The Apt is better than the picture shows. I would like to go back next year. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Appartement très propre, conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'hôte est très gentil et toujours présent en cas de besoin. A notre avis L'appartement est mieux que ce que montre la photo. J'aimerais y retourner l'année prochaine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Appartamento molto pulito, conforme alla descrizione. Ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno. L'host è molto gentile e sempre presente se necessario. Secondo noi l'appartamento è migliore di quanto mostrato in foto. Vorrei tornarci l'anno prossimo.

Traumurlaub
Wir schwelgen immer noch in Erinnerung an unseren schönen Auffenthalt bei Madame Paule Terrazzoni, der charmanten Gastgeberin von Casa del Sole. Die Ferienwohnung übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen! Inmitten einer Träumerischen Lagune, gelegen mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den hundert Meter entfernten Sandstrand von Ciprianu. Super sauber und die Ausstattung hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Auch toll, man konnte zu Fuß, diverse Restaurants, den Supermarkt, den Metzger und Bäckerei erreichen. Wir alle (auch unser Hund ‚Fini’) haben die großzügige Loggia sehr genossen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen :-) wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder :-)

So schön!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Wohnzimmer mit Loggia zum Lac Marin ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben die riesige Schiebetür 7 Tage und Nächte offen gehabt und somit an der frischen Luft gewohnt ;-) Das ganze Dorf ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bucht ist auch sehr schön zum SUP-en und Schnorcheln (wir viele schöne Fische gesehen). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Que du positif: accueil, gentillesse, confiance, serviabilité, situation exceptionnelle à deux pas de la plage et à 10 minutes de Porto Vecchio. S'il faut chercher la petite bête, améliorer la qualité des couteaux qui coupent serait un plus, car ils ne sont pas efficaces.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Ort könnte schöner sein
Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Art Reihenhaus. Der Ort ist aus meiner Sicht wenig attraktiv, bietet aber zumindest einen großen Strand, wesentliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 3 Restaurants. Als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Aktivitäten gut geeignet.

Très bon séjour
Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. L'appartement est très bien agencé, confortable, il ne manque rien pour un séjour de rêve. La vue très calme et rafraichissante sur le lac depuis la terrasse est propice aux moments de détente. Un seul regret.... nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps! Je recommande fortement cette location.

Träume werden wahr!!!
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer perfekten Lage! Es liegt wenige gehminuten vom Strand und keine Autostunde von wunderbahren Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. z.B. Bügelbret mit Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, Klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. In der Küche vermisst man nur einen Backofen ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist einfach ein Traum zudem stehen zwei Strandliegen und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm zur verfügung. Die Bäckerei und kleiner Lebensmittelladen zufuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment
We spent two very recreative weeks in the cozy vue mer appartment. Paule Terrazoni gave us a warm welcome with good tips. It is great to start the day with swimming in the clear water. The beach is also good for running or going for a walk - either to the left or to the right. We enjoyed several barbecues on the terrace with the excellent built-in barbecue.

Великолепный отдых!
Мы провели прекрасные 2 недели в апартаментах "pied dans l`eau". Прекрасно оборудованная 2-х уровневая квартира со всем необходимым. 1-й этаж: достаточно большая кухня-гостинная с обширной, открытой на 2 стороны (восток и юг) террасой; 2-й: 2 спальни с раздельным с/у. До пляжа St. Cyprien - 1 мин пешком, до магазинов - хороший супермаркет и мясная лавка - меньше 2 мин. Вообще, идеальное место для семьи с 1-2 детьми. Особое спасибо нашей хозяйке Поль (помимо французского владеющая итальянским), очень гостеприимной и доброжелательной, которая реально помогала нам решать некоторые проблемы, даже не имеющие к проживанию никакого отношения. Super vacances!
On a passe 15 jours merveilleux dans l`appartement "pied dans l`eau" qui est ideal pour la famille avec 1-2 enfants. Tres bon et confortable appartement, tres bien equipe' qui est situe' a 1min. a pied de la plage St. Cyprien. Seulement 2min pour arriver a une superette et boucherie. Mersi beaucoup a Madame Paule, la proprietaire, tres tres aimable, qui faisait toujours tout son possible pour nous et pour ameliorer notre sejour. Ryabchevskiy Petr. Moscou, Russie. 29/09/2016

Wohlfühlurlaub
Zuerst sei gesagt, dass wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Für vier Personen ist diese vom Platz her völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich gut. Von ausreichendem Geschirr über Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, alles da was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch bemüht es einem Recht zu machen. Leider spricht sie kein einziges Wort Deutsch oder Englisch. Man sollte also ein paar Brocken Französisch oder Italienisch im Gepäck haben (was für Korsika im allgemeinen sehr hilfreich ist). Wir hatten auch nur ein einziges deutsches Fernsehprogramm (Arte). Die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig und man hört leider in der Nacht auch laute Musik und Straßenlärm von draußen. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Die Vermieterin verlangt bei Ankunft 400 Euro Kaution in bar oder das Hinterlegen eines Reisepasses. Bekommt man dann bei der Abreise zurück. Außerdem kann man wahlweise die Endreinigung selbst durchführen oder 65 Euro dafür bezahlen. Einkaufen ist direkt in den kleinen Läden vorm Haus möglich oder in den großen Supermärkten. Der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, er ist ganz okay (leider ist der Sand stellenweise mit getrockneten Algen übersät, welche nicht entfernt werden). Wir sind dann mehrmals nach St. Giulia bzw. Palombaggia zum Strand gefahren (Fahrtzeit ca. 15 Minuten). Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, den ich empfehlen kann.

Zwei entspannte Wochen direkt am Meer
Die Ferienwohnung war kurz beschrieben einfach klasse. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber und alle beschriebenen Ausstattungsmerkmale waren vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Haus nutzen wir sehr gerne. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen kleinen Sprung entfernt und in ca. 2 min. zu erreichen . Jeden Freitag gibt es in Lecci einen kleinen Markt der gegen 19 Uhr beginnt und an dem lokale Händler Ihre Waren verkaufen. Das Restaurant IL Tragulinu welches sich in unmittelbarere Nähe befindet kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour
La description de la location est conforme au site, même mieux : salon et chambres vue mer avec très belle terrasse pour le salon. Appartement très calme, possibilité de louer vélo, ou bateau juste en dessous. La location était très bien entretenue avec de belles prestations et une déco de bon gout. La propriétaire est très accessible, sympathique et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Bons restaurants,très bon traiteur, boulangerie et commerces juste à côté de la location, très appréciables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 4 avec une très belle plage en face de la location.

Great location, hostess and apartment
Spent a week here in late May/early June. This apartment is on point, it sits across a little road from the beach, in a little neighborhood that has such a wonderful feel to it. One evening we witnessed an outdoor wedding, listening to the signing from our balcony.The hostess is very nice, responsive and lives close by. I would rent this place again in a hot minute.

Perfekt positioniert! /Idéalement situé!
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortable. Zentral gelegen, in Mitten von Saint Cyprien (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants) und 1 Minute zu Fuss von Strand. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Paule! L'appartement était tout à fait comme décrit, propre et confortable. A quelques pas du "centre ville" de Saint Cyprien (restos, petit supermarché, et boulangerie) et 1 minute à pied de la plage. Nous n'hésiterons pas de revenir. Merci, Paule!

Schöne Wohnung nah am Strand
Die Wohnung war schon, sauber und wirklich zentral gelegen. Lage: super zentral, Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber Allerdings Abends etwas laut, weil man die Alleinunterhalter der Restaurants hörte oder die Jugendlichen am Strand oder morgens die Müllabfuhr (wir und die Kinder konnten aber trotzdem gut schlafen) Der Blick auf den Strand vom Fenster aus war toll, nur der Parkplatz zwischen Haus und Strand trübte etwas die Iylle. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauchte. Die Küche war etwas klein, aber es reichte. Der Balkon war schön groß und hatte Platz für einen großen Tisch. Die Schiebetüren ließen sich fast auf die gesamte Breite der Wohnung aufschieben - sehr schön. Auch den fest eingemauerten Grill haben wir benutzt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen - wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer
Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Strand und Meer sehr schön. Sehr ruhig und absolut sauber. Gut Funktionierende Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Kümmert sich sofort um alles. Sehr günstig zum Einkaufen gelegen: Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittelladen in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso mehrere Restaurants. Auch Wassersportangebote am Strand bzw im Ort (z.B. Tauchen, Jet ski). Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ferien dort sehr genossen.

Exzellente Lage
Wir haben zu dritt zwei Wochen in dem Apartment 'vue mer' verbracht und es sehr genossen. Das Apartment war entsprechend der Beschreibung ausgestattet und man fand alles vor, was man so brauchte. Besonders gerne haben wir auf der Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf Strand und Meer gesessen. In einer Minute erreichte man den Strand und so konnte man jederzeit eine Abkühlung im Meer genießen. Das Wasser war traumhaft klar und in der letzten Juniwoche war es sehr ruhig am Strand. Das änderte sich etwas in der 1. Juliwoche. Freitags Abend fand ein Flohmarkt statt und eine Band machte Musik. Das Restaurant gegenüber dem Apartmenthaus 'U Tramulino' bot rustikale korsische schmackhaft Küche an. Sehr praktisch war, dass Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Empfehlenswert ist es, etwas französisch zu sprechen, da die freundliche Vermieterin nur französisch und italienisch spricht. Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Korsika sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.
