“We had a great time. The property was nice. It did appear upon checking in, that the tub had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, but that was a minor detail. Overall, it was what we expected. Nice to be right on the river!”

“The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. ”

“Unfortunately it was only a one night stay for us but after staying we will absolutely plan a longer stay in the future. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”

We chose the property originally because we have used your service twice before and were most pleased with the way things were handled, including check-in, check-out and contacting someone if we needed anything. “This place is a cute mobile home. Has a great location, private dock (with kayaks & canoe), & nice screened in patio. So close to weekie wachee park (mermaid show & buccaneer bay). We had more fun at this place (swimming & boating) than any other place we visited. Fast & friendly owners, with great communication.”
