“The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and……

“While the staff were nice and the beaches were great, the property and the sea view queen room was a bit antiquated and the tile floors need some attention especially around the edges and corners. The hall ceilings leaked leaving water puddles; no elevators and no one to assist with carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no bottled water or bathroom amenities or room service; and no WiFi in the rooms. In fact it was horrible everywhere -we had a hard time completing our flight check in and……

“Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas……

“environnement parfait. Correspond à le description. appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. A notre arrivée, une bouteille d'eau nous attentait dans le frigo ainsi que de quoi faire du café, du thé. Il y avait aussi des mignonnettes de rhum et des petits gateaux”

“Le petit studio que j’avais louée était infesté de moustiques. J’ai demandé à deux reprises d’être déplacé dans un autre endroit, mais la réception a toujours refusé prétextant que c’était complet alors que plusieurs chambres demeuraient inoccupés. J’ai également été déçu des installations, aucun savon à vaisselle ou produits ménagers de disponible. Je devais également fournir le papier hygiénique ainsi que les sacs de poubelle. La douche n’est pas conçu pour une personne de taille forte puisque……
