The apartment itself is fairly pleasant. It’s modern in places, but very cramped. I can’t imagine how 6 people could stay at the property using the sofa bed. The storage units shown in the photos are all full with bits and pieces belonging to the property and puts further pressure on space. The bathroom is modern and tasteful, so it felt like there was always somewhere nice to be able to refresh after a day on the beach. The Saint Goustan building is a bit grim. The corridors are dirty, poorly lit and in desperate need of redecorating. Nice views from the balcony. The beach is okay. The pool is very small. Le Croisic itself was a charming fishing village, where the tourists are well catered with plenty of restaurants, cafes and a few small shops. We ate well at different restaurants each evening. My only real complaint is that in the days before our holiday we discovered we would need to pay for bed linen. It was completely unexpected because the VRBO page doesn’t mention this at all. In fact, I’m pretty sure it’s against VRBO policy to make charges not specified at the time of the booking. It was also expensive - €95 for the single, double and sofa beds. All in all, we had a nice holiday. The apartment itself was about a 5/10, but I suppose that’s all relative to individual expectations. The property manager is very communicative and friendly.

Amazing view
The apartment was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The main attraction is the balcony and the view which were excellent and a great opportunity to watch sunset. Only a short walk into the pleasant town to access a wide range of eating places. Would recommend. (Only reason not to give it 5/5 rating was because there was a mistranslation in the description and in fact there was no wifi but I believe the owner is changing that).

Appartement très bien situé et joliment décoré. Super accueil réalisé par Solène. Très sympathique et arrangeante. Piscine dans la résidence très appréciable pour les enfants avec supervision depuis le balcon. Très bon niveau d'équipement.

Magnifique
Appartement génial, très agréable, décoré avec goût. Il ne manque rien, idéalement situé. La vue est sublime, romantique à souhait. Nous avons passé un Week-end magnifique et avec un super soleil et oui il ne pleut pas toujours en Bretagne. !!!! Toutefois cet appartement ne convient pas au personne à mobilité réduite ( car chambre en mezzanine) escalier plutôt rude ,mais il y a un canapé convertible en bas très confortable. Acceuil par Solène vraiment agréable et à l écoute. Merci pour mes ptis toutous. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Appartement super équipé, face à la mer
Joli appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut comme à la maison. Et la vue sur la mer magnifique, accès à la plage en bas de l’immeuble, à 10 min du centre à pied. Pratique.très bon accueil.
