“I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. “This location was perfect for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and very clean. The patio was great but the stairs to get down to the patio were very difficult especially for someone a little older. The best part of the property is the views of down town!! Beautiful!”

“This was our first time using a service like Vrbo, and probably had more questions than most guests. At just under a thousand square feet, the place was plenty big and comfortable enough for us (myself & 2 kids). I assumed that, at that size, that we would have the entire Carriage house, but it was *much* more impressive than that. While there were no ‘shared’ spaces as part of our rental, I did not anticipate being under a second floor unit. It was not overly loud by any means, but I’ve never……

“The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. Need some hanging clothet. Or large hooks to hang coats. and some end tables by sofa would be nice, we used the dinning rm chairs. The really bad part was the kitchen--no mixing bowls,microwave pots no alum/foil no pans for baking. We rent from Vrbo to save money on eating out this is hard when the kitchen is so poorly stocked. and the first step is very high.”

“The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! ”

“This property was very nice and roomy! It accommodated me and my family for our Christmas Eve gathering. There were a few issues, but no deal breakers. The manager responded promptly to all my needs. My grandchildren enjoyed the ping pong table as well as the large finished basement. ”
