“unique floor plan and very nicely furnished, quiet and safe. At the beach ”

“A friend and I went to the area for golf and beach in November and it was fabulous! So much to do and see. The condo is cute and totally functional. Beds were so comfy. Living room area was spacious and the TV was easy to operate. The HVAC system worked perfectly. And check out was a breeze (not too many chores to do). Linens and Towels were plenty. The location is the most amazing! Next to a park and next to the beach. The amenities of the complex were a bonus! Trails, pool, lagoon. ……

“My wife and I booked this for a quick getaway. The host communicated very clearly and was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The unit was older but clean and had everything you would want or need. It was a short walk to the natural beach that was on the property. The natural beach was nice but we ended up driving to one of the nearby public beaches for most of our beach time. Be prepared to have quarters for the parking since the meters do not take credit cards. There was a……

“The condo has very comfortable furniture with a kitchen that is stocked with all of the essential plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance. Lots of sea birds including two bald eagles, as well as sea grasses, oyster beds, rocks and more..”

“We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. We had to call with questions a couple times and had no issue getting through to someone. The pool wasn’t too far and the river/beach was a few minute walk from our unit. It was easy to get to anyplace on the island from here. ”

“Dissapointed that no mention made in listing of ebikes being banned on property. We specifically chose HH for numerous bike trails. Other than that, the condo and view are great.”

“We had a short weekend in HH island for a surprise engagement dinner in Savannah (we needed to keep the surprise so we stayed in HH). This is a great location, quiet and close to the beach. For 4 adults it was very spacious and comfortable (could have used one more lounge chair lol), the beds are great and everything was clean and for the price we paid we will definitely be coming back!”

“No surprises. The place has a bit of a 'cottage' feel to it. Access to ocean is a short walk. Reasonably well equipped for eating in. Lots options for eating out close by.”

“I had an issue with one of the pipes in the bathroom leaked all.over the floor and they came and fixed it right away. Room was clean, and easy access to the building. Parking was a little tight but besides that I would recommend this place. We also got to see an alligator right from our balcony hanging out. ”

“Decided to extend our trip to attend high school class reunion. The property was nice, a little dated. However, the description said it is close to the beach. It definitely is not walkable!!! It was at least a mile away! ”
