「The image on Hotels.com does not accurately represent the room I booked. I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.」

「Just loved this property. Quiet despite being a busy area. Had a huge apartment. Everything was great. Coffee pod machine was a bonus! Washer-dryer. 「We arrived very early as we had to return our hire car ..the hotel allowed us to store our luggage until nirmal check in time .The receptionist also said we could check in early if pur room was ready .We returned to the hotel at 12 oclock and we were able to check into our room . 「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time.
