This modern, stylish vacation home is the perfect retreat, blending contemporary design with cozy comfort. The open-concept living area features sleek finishes, a beautiful kitchen, and abundant natural light. The house offers 3 bedrooms and a loft for workspace and additional sleeping. The cozy backyard is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Ideally located near shopping, dining and parks this home provides the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility for your getaway.

The House is located in a private community, close to hotels, restaurants and shopping. The house can host up to 8 people! There are 3 bedrooms and a loft! The loft has a couch witch can be open in a FULL bed!
There are 2 car parking spaces in the garage, as well as additional parking space in the community! There is a community pool with BBQ and rest area!

Great visit!

We had a great visit! The place was very nice and well kept. Easy access to everything we wanted to go to in Vegas. Communication was great whenever we had questions and check in/out was super easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The house met our expectations! It was clean, bigger than expected and definitely accommodated my family perfectly!Any questions, Ion was very quick to respond. The decor was the cherry on top! (Who doesn’t love a subtle nod to "Friends"??)

We came in for a hockey tournament. Ion’s communication was great, his house had great amenities, was in a nice neighborhood, the kitchen was nicely stocked with every appliance and cookware item we could need. Comfortable stay, we would book again.
