HIGH FLOOR SUITE WITH PERFECT LAKE VIEW!

REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2021! Beautifully furnished 1br 1ba condominium located in the Luna di Lusso building of Lake Las Vegas (LLV) Village. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd #350, Henderson, NV 89011. This unit has high ceilings with perfect views of the lake. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The shaded North-facing patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake, golf course (Reflection Bay Hole 17 view from balcony!), palm trees and prestigious LLV community. Location offers peace and quiet, away from pool and Village noise. The kitchenette has a convection-microwave oven combo and there is also an induction cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and bedroom. Fully stocked fitness room provides beautiful view of LLV Village. Facility also offers coin laundromat, free underground parking, large swimming pool and hot tubs that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Away from Vegas craziness
Property is short drive to Hoover Dam. 20 minutes to Vegas. Henderson has some good meal ops. We were before high season so not sure what the true level of occupancy is at the village.

Great location
My daughter had a dance competition at the Hilton next door. It was nice to have a quiet place to stay, and it was super convenient! Just a short walk to Hilton and all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy, all we needed and just perfect.

The location is excellent. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning from the patio! We loved having everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had was the mattress, it was the hardest, firmest mattress we have ever encountered, we did not sleep well.

We spent a couple of weeks at LLV. A little oasis in the desert. The condo is small, but does have a door to the bedroom. Probably not recommended for longer stays. Good facilities for washing and fitness. We golfed in Boulder City as it was close by and easy to get to.

Numerous activities in which to engage in the surrounding area. Unit was clean and fit our needs nicely. Could use a little updating. Indoor parking was convenient. Hosts were very helpful answering our few questions. Would stay there again.

Little Gem in the Desert
We spent four nights in this lovely little suite in early December. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend get away. It was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I had a few questions and messaged the owner and he was very quick to respond. I don't know how we never knew about Lake Las Vegas before. It's a hidden little gem in the desert. It was a great find and we will be going back in the future. Very Nice Stay! There is a bridge right next to the Luna di Lusso that allows you to walk over into the Village. The Village has a little grocery/deli and several restaurants, as well as a place to rent water toys. The Casino was shut down but I am sure that was due to CoVid having tourism down. On Thursday night's there is a fun little Farmer's Market in the Village. The night we arrived was the Farmer's Market and they had a band playing Christmas music on the stage by the lake and the Village was all lit up for the holidays.

Family Visit
While this property did have all the amenities listed, it was very basic and in need of a refresh. Baseboards and furniture are peeling; bathroom towels should be replaced as they are wearing thin; sliding glass door lock broken off. Also there was no binder with detailed instructions for TV and info on amenities and area restaurants and activities. Another family member rented the same size unit in the West tower for less money, and it had been painted & outfitted with beautiful bedding & fluffy towels, updated furniture and decorated to make it look like an inviting space, with a small basket of snacks & a beach bag with sunscreen. Just some suggestions- - -

Great stay at Lake Las Vegas
Had a great 5 day stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. Took advantage of the Pool, Jacuzzi, Laundry and beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the private balcony. The quiet, serene and safe neighborhood feels oh so distant from Las Vegas. One small concern was handled quickly by the property owner. First class property and owner. Would stay again anytime!

My husband and I wanted a getaway to some sun for Spring Break. We were overjoyed at Lake Las Vegas. It felt like a secret place where we were in nature and yet in an European village. 25 minutes outside of Las Vegas located in Henderson, so if we had wanted to go catch a show, we could. We chose to lounge by the beautiful pool and hot tub, play golf, hike in the Valley of Fire, visit Lake Mead. We did not get to explore as much as we wanted in 5 days, so we will be back. The condo was clean and comfortable, the grounds were well tended. A wonderful vacation getaway!

Property was perfect for our Lake Mead/ Red Rocks hiking trip. The unit itself is very clean and the Lake Las Vegas community has fantastic amenities. It was too cool to enjoy water recreation options, but the unit is definitely worth a return trip to experience them. If you do go please make sure to visit the chocolate and patisserie shops as well as the gelato place for the af fogato coffee. Delicious! Thank you Cris for sharing your unit with us!

OUR LUNA 350 STAY
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Las Vegas property! We were visiting the area to check out to see if we had any interest in spending time here during the winter months of Wisconsin. Well, I have to say that this community was a definite plus! Still under development in much of the community the future looks very promising for this area. As far as our stay at Luna 350,it was perfect and couldn't ask for a better view of the lake and one of the holes of the golf course. My wife and I highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a beautiful relaxing stay in the Las Vegas area! Steve C.
