“Staff are absolutely brilliant. right from reception, servers, cleaners and maintenance. Very friendly, empathetic, helpful overall give staff 20/10 rating. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Food was also outstanding. Unfortunately not many Spanish dishes, which takes away from the experience. Area is lovely but be aware parking is in very short supply. Next time we will take the bus and not hire a car.”

“We loved this resort! Everything from the food to the entertainment was terrific. The staff is without a doubt the best asset of the hotel, friendly, helpful and welcoming. “Staying at the hotel was very nice. Room was big, food at the restaurant was also well done. Only feedback I would give would be details about our room: AC had a huge leaking in one of the 2 bathrooms, lots of small flies all the time in the 2nd bathroom, dirty water smell in the room, the safe was not working when we arrived and we had to wait 2 days to be repaired, the shower products holder was broken and the shower gel bottles were not refilled. “Pros: the hotel is in a good spot to go anywhere by car in a short time. Facilites, staff, etc. nothing to complain, everything was on point. I would go to this hotel again. “Hotel familiar. Las cenas mejor que las comidas. Desayuno, para nuestro gusto, perfecto. En el spa se va por libre, no nos dieron ninguna recomendación de circuito. Las tres piscinas exteriores las usaban los niños y no había espacio para los adultos poder darse un baño relajado. Las tumbonas desde la mañana están reservadas todo el día, aunque las usen un par de horas, entendemos que eso es la mala educación de los huespedes que han coincidido con nosotras, optamos por pasar todos los días……
