“The house was clean, had a lot of space, and in a great location. The upstairs is open to the great room (loft style) so if you have people waking/sleeping at different times, like small kids along with young adults like we did, that can be a little tricky. Overall, great place to stay!”

“The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay in your home! In town for our son's soccer tournament for an extended weekend your place was just minutes away from the field! Very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of room for everyone so really made it feel like home. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. “The property was great and in a wonderfully quiet safe neighborhood! It worked perfectly for our needs. We primarily drove around South Dakota sight seeing the many beautiful natural wonders of the state. The only thing I would point out is that, although there is ample closet space, there are no dressers in the bedrooms so for our 4 night stay I had to keep the majority of my clothes in my suitcases and had to dig through them every time I changed.. “My friends and I got this place to stay for a wedding. I'm thankful I could take the dog with since we went hiking at the nearby state parks. The location was great: not far from restaurants or stores we needed to stop at. The AC was out, and they had a portable AC unit that worked really well! My friend successfully worked from the apartment on Friday without problem. Only regret is that we didn't take the chance to use the fire pit. Thankful for a nice, clean place to hang out with my friends……
