A little bit older than we were expecting but super cute and worked well for our family. Only minor complaint is that the property needs a better egg pan! Perfect location for a Laramie weekend.

Wonderful weekend!
This was a wonderful property for our family of 5. Plenty of sleeping space, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room and kitchen. Was wonderful to wake-up and feel like you're at home and not in a hotel! Location is perfectly located in central downtown Laramie where we could walk to everything! Owner was very accomodating and quick with communication! We will be back!!

Neat area. Trains near by start to blow horns around 7-8 every morning and skylights let light in right above beds. One skylight shade was broken and one did leak on bed last morning. Very cool if you are into old lofts!

Fantastic Apartment & Location
Our family loved this apartment. The location made it ideal for easy access to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Laramie. We were visiting our UW student. I was able to made a homecooked meal easily for him in the kitchen. The water pressure for the shower was unbelievably good! The apartment has so much charm - from the unique lamps to the push-button light switches to the skylights in the bedrooms, but it was also modernized where it needs to be. We loved that the TV was not the focal point of the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This vintage apartment is amazing. We love the right downtown location, and everything was really cool to be part of. The golden age rail yard was an exciting aspect, and the trains were not loud at all. Would definitely stay again.

Really cool, quirky, historic apartment. One of the most well stocked VRBOs we have stayed in. The location is perfect downtown. You can walk to everything. If you read the description on the listing carefully there should be no surprises.

Very nice property. Can barely hear the trains & they were not loud enough to wake us up. The bedroom skylights now have shades though one in our group had no issues sleeping with the shade open. All the natural light was wonderful. Great food & shopping right downstairs. Would stay again.

Hard to beat location in historic downtown. We visited during UW homecoming and the area was bustling with activity. The unit was nicely decorated and supplied with a modern kitchen and large living area. Make sure your group is aware that two of the three rooms are only separated by a curtain.

Came to Laramie for a wedding. Your place was close to all of the events and so many places to eat and relax with adult beverages without driving. The place was decorated so nice and comfortable. Home away from home when we’re in Laramie. We’ve also stayed in Suite C, which is in the same loft. Both properties are fantastic. Roomy, clean, lovely beds and kitchens. Billie’s interior decorator skills are on full display, and make these properties so comfortable and fun. Walk out the door and right to nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Just superb. Billie is a responsive, helpful host. We’ve already re-booked for next year!

Wonderful historic rental!
We loved staying in the heart of downtown Laramie! What a quaint area with tons of wonderful shops and restaurants. The rental worked out great and had large and comfy beds! The claw foot tub shower was a bit hard to maneuver in. Would have loved to have a walk-in shower instead. But overall it was great!!

Great stay in this space. Loft is well stocked to cook meals at home. Deck is great to sit at, in the morning, to watch the trains roll by and enjoy the views. Highly recommend booking a stay here. Billie, the host, is awesome! Easy to contact and makes sure your stay is perfect!

Amazing Property!
A group of 11 of us rented 2 of these properties for the weekend! Being all UW alumni, it was such an amazing location for us to celebrate downtown. The location is perfect and the charm of the properties is so great. It is unlike any other place I have ever stayed. We never once had to drive elsewhere because it is in the heart of downtown. Would highly recommend staying here!
