“The property was very nice and clean. The apartment was okay, we weren’t so often there. But the water in the shower was terrible. Low pressure, so difficult te get wet…😅🙄”

“Second time here & it is ideal in it's location to the town, restaurants, bars, etc. We love the apartments, the gardens & the restaurant. The only things that slightly let it down this year was the swimming pool was not heated - this in Winter is a big reason for going - and the apartment was a little tired. It needs sprucing up. But it was still lovely.”

“Proche de la mer (5 grosses minutes à pied), calme, chambres correctes, nourriture moyenne. Heure de checkout affichée sur la carte etait différente de l'heure réelle (affichée à la reception).”

“As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another……

“Piscine chauffée à 28-30 au 31 décembre et début janvier. Hotel à taille humaine avec de belles chambres (suite vue piscine) Buffet très correct top au petit-déjeuner et le soir Soirée du réveillon très beau buffet animation dansante cotillons et feu d'artifice ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean and comfortable and well equipped. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food at the on site restaurant. ”

“Clean and modern ”

“We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. ”

“Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent ”

“Excellent location, property well maintained but dated and selled of smoke. Great shower but towels that don't dry you. Stayed in December but with no air con, think it might be warm.in summer ”
