The staff here were excellent, especially the maintenance and cleaning staff who were around throughout my stay. The property condition could have been better (damaged door frame in the bathroom and uneven parking lot) but the stay was otherwise great. The location was very convenient for me.

Booked my room on Expedia and paid in full. When I arrived I was charged again by the hotel, once I questioned it he said he would credit it back. It was never credited back, I called there 3 times and have talked to different people who said it would be credited back and I’m still waiting… I checked out early due to my room smelling like cigarette smoke and I just didn’t have a good feeling staying in the room. Overall probably wouldnt book again.

The location was good to get to family, restaurants etc. Had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness. Dust piled next to bed causing sneezing, and garbage under the couch from previous guest(s). Fridge very weak, barely cooling. No chairs on balcony. The next room was better except the handle was almost broken to the balcony, as well as the security bar. The pool was not heated and felt like a polar plunge. The staff was very nice, but obviously need to be directed how to clean. Overall, the hotel needs to renovated, but still could be repaired/ cleaned better.

They have just completed renovations on this hotel. Pool was not open when we were there, im not sure why it looked nice. No microwave in room, beds were very comfortable.

Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place
