“This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. “Communication with management was awful. We were enroute to KC and had not received "the keys" to the property, I messaged the management company, and was told the property was not available. “The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:).”

“Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of.”

Front desk in-polite in check-in.
"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
