“Tess and her husband have done an incredible job with the place! The coffee was delicious, continental breakfast was perfect for a little something to hold us over. We celebrated our mini moon here and had a wonderful time! They’ve thought of everything , providing beach tags, chairs and umbrellas. Even having meats and cheeses available for purchase. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay again!!”

“If you like old houses, this is an excellent place to stay. Bed is comfy and our room had a private bathroom. Small refrigerator came in handy too! We would definitely stay again if we need a place to stay in the area. It’s close enough for trips to LBI, Atlantic City or Smithville.”

“This little apartment was absolutely ideal for my husband and I. We were in town for a wedding on LBI and this was just a short drive away. The property is as described. The space is perfect for two people. It is nicely decorated, bright, and very clean. Dawn is lovely and super responsive. We found this a much better option than the hotels in the area!”

“This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.”
