“Didn't get to take advantage of any of the available sights or the hotel breakfast. Arrived after dark and left for the hospital at 5:30am. The hotel however was perfect for my needs. The room was the perfect size and the bed was comfortable. Had planned on checking out the waterfront on Saturday but the hospital sent me home on Friday. Plan to check things out in April on my return visit. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful.”

“If we go back to Cleveland, we will definitely consider staying here again. It’s an old inn within a neighborhood. There was parking onsite and contactless check in with all of the information sent earlier in the day. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants within the area. Good location to downtown Cleveland. ”

“Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109.……
