“The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was as pictured. It is very roomy with enough space for all of us to have our own spaces. If travelling during the “cooler” months, I would highly suggest the pool heater as it cools down quickly. The pool was great for our toddler and other kids. Our toddler had a great time hanging out on the ledge playing with his toys. The only thing we came across was damp towels in the closet which wasn’t a huge deal as there is the washer and dryer.……

“The location is ideally suited for close proximity to the Hard Rock Fair Grounds. There were 3 good size bedrooms with two of the bedrooms spacious enough for an additional cot The house was comfortably decorated in a music theme with vinyl record decor prevalent in the decor and a comfortable kitchen/eating area. The neighborhood was set back with what appeared to be a redneck flair and the homes were somewhat dated but seemed to be a rather quiet neighborhood. We were there to visit family in……

“The pool needs to be resurfaced. We didn’t let the kids swim in the pool because the pool was dirty and the cement on the bottom of the pool was breaking up. The house was clean and the location was perfect! We were hit with an unexpected registration charge of $207.00. It would if been nice to know about that hidden fee! Donnetta ”

“Great place to stay. Close to Disney and a beautiful gated community. We had 10 in our party my kids and grandkids and it worked out perfect. Plenty of space and the 4 bathrooms was a big plus getting ready with teens. I give it a 5 star for location and size. ”

“Our stay was great. We had a few issues with the air conditioner cooling one room but host was quick to assist. We brought all our own supplies, towels, cookware and bedding so no need to use theirs. The property was basically clean but there was some moldy staining in Master bathroom. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recomend the property.”

“Nice home, ample space for us to move around, clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool the most. Linens and ample towels were available. Items included vs. not (e.g. toiletries) were accurately listed. A bit far from Disney World but if you plan to get out early enough should be fine. Give yourself 1 hr before the opening hours to allow for drive, parking, and monorail (depending on the park) etc. Giovanni’s pizza near by was good. The owner proactively reached out to ensure smooth……
