“Just awesome”

“My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home is old and has all the charm of the era when it was built. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. For those of you not familiar with parking in Buffalo. You are allowed to park on one side of the street only and that side is dependent on the day of the week. The street fills up pretty fast so be prepared to find a parking spot. If I return to Buffalo I would stay here again. Much more comfortable……

“Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but……

“The location couldn't have been better! With Allen Street being only a half mile from the home, we were able to walk to dinner nightly, and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. When we did need to take the car, everything was very close, and convenient. At the end of a long day of sight seeing, this clean comfortable home was the perfect place to relax. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures online show exactly what you get. The host was diligent in communicating with us, and made……

“The home and grounds were lovely, and just as pictured! Jill, who lives onsite, was very gracious in helping with whatever we needed, but also gave us plenty of privacy. We had pretty much whatever we needed, but there’s a convenience store right around the corner, which we frequented for odds and ends. Our stay initially started with just 4 people (me, my husband, 2 kids in their 20’s), but then had 2 others show up with very little notice. I thought it was okay for them to stay at the house,……

“Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value.”
