We stayed 3 nights, plenty of space for 3 couples or a family! The price was great. The construction that is underway wasn’t an issue, though I imagine that it will be so much better when it’s finished! We did not understand upon booking that it was an in-law suite we were staying in until a couple weeks before our arrival. At that point we couldn’t find anything else so short notice that was private, And could accommodate our group. To clarify I thought there was a separate cabin on the property we were booking instead it was a cabin/house and we had the bottom half with a separate entrance. Lana the host wasn’t a bother, but we could hear walking and vacuuming and typical noises above us for a shared area. All in all it was a beautiful space however having a quiet time of 10pm, and it not being 100% private would stop us from booking here again. The two thing I would have wanted to see changed would be softer mattresses, or mattress pads. (All the beds were super firm)! And for the second bathroom to be complete. Two showers would have been great! I gave a lower rating for location and neighborhood because it was so far away from what we set out to do for the weekend, and the neighborhood was a political crowd. A huge percent of the cabins around us had all the political signs up in their yards, for who they are voting for in the up coming election, and what lives matter. We were trying to escape the realty and chaos, and every time we drove back to the cabin we were quickly reminded of it all. Absolutely NO fault to Lana at all!!! She can’t control the neighborhoods yard decor but just thought we wouldn’t have so much of that in the middle of no where!
