Gorgeous views of the 12-mile marker, playground, tennis court, club house, Private boat launch, Large deck/front porch for relaxing covered for those rainy warm summer evenings. Loved the covered deck for the rainy days. Dog loved sitting outside too. Kitchen had everything needed. Beautiful remodeled shiplap bathroom.
