“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

“Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not……

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”
