This rustic retreat enjoys a private location in a quiet neighborhood right on Lake Leelanau, as well as being mid-way between Leland (a historic fish town) and Suttons Bay (restaurants and shopping options). Not to mention Lake Michigan beaches are also close by. Closer to your vacation home, adventures on and in the lake are just steps from you. Other great local attractions include Tandem Ciders, Bahle Farms Golf Course, Suttons Bay Ciders, Chateau Grand Traverse, Brys Estate Vineyard & Winery, and Mt. Holiday for year-round adventures.

This charming home has a shared beachfront and dock with the home next door and a small guest house - don't hesitate to bring your boat and experience the waters of Lake Leelanau from another point of view! When you are not in the lake, gather around the waterfront firepit to roast s'mores and share fun stories with your family and friends. Find yourself relaxing on the lovely screened porch with majestic views of the lake while sipping your favorite beverage or a cup of coffee.

Inside, this rustic charmer enjoys a welcoming living area that would be ideal for family gatherings - break out any of the provided board games and get ready for an entertaining evening! The rec room boasts a smart TV with streaming services so you can stay up to date with your favorite series and movies. And when mealtime comes around, you will have a full kitchen equipped with all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. Additional perks include beach gear, four beach chairs, and a gas grill.

This home can be rented together with The Cabin and Lakefront Charmer - Guest House, or this home with the guest house together as Lakefront Charmer - Main Home + Guest House to accommodate larger groups.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home shares a beachfront, kayaks, and a dock with the home next door. Dock one boat only, please.
The fireplace is currently inoperable.
This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
