Summary:
Welcome to Heaven in Havasu. Our beautiful, updated home has everything you need for your next desert getaway. Hardwood floors, lots of cabinet space, brand new ice machine in the garage, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathroom, the perfect patio out by the pool, and so much more. Bocce ball, washers, corn hole, or backyard miniature golf, and professionally set horseshoe pits. Minutes from the lake or the outback for winter time excursions. Enjoy your stay at Heaven in Havasu.

Please note, our TV's are only smart TV's for you to login to your own accounts through the apps.
Please note, the house rules are NO smoking and NO parties.

Beautiful property
What a beautiful house. The pool was awesome. We weren’t able to get the grill to light or the internet to always work, but we managed. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Arizona.

Worst VRBO experience
To say we are all disappointed in the lack of communication with Land & Shore/Colbi is an understatement. I never got one single VRBO message, voicemail, call or text answered during our stay. (6 VRBO messages, 5 texts, 3 calls, 2 voicemails). They did send the standard check out message but never once acknowledged any message I sent during our week long stay. Add that to the fact that the A.C continued to reset itself to 78 degrees multiple times each night, the grill wouldn't work more than 90 seconds before cutting off, the beach "towels" being worn out bath towels with holes and the pool never being heated after I messaged/called several times requesting directions on how to heat it. There's a 4 hole mini golf course in the back yard but no golf club. We purchased a kid golf club and left it at the house as a donation. Horrible customer service. Seems obvious they just wanted the money from our booking and didn't care about our experience there.

Fabulous Time in Havasu!!
We had a great time. The house was clean cozy and stocked with all the things we needed. The communication with the property manager was great, very quick to respond. We very much enjoyed all the activities and mostly the pool! We would highly recommend this rental. Being able to park in the garage was a nice bonus.

Beautiful home with lots to do
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with management was spot on. My only recommendation would be to provide a couple coffee pods to get your guests started on the first day. Great place and would stay there again.

Great house and property!
Place is great. Communication was good and on time. Games make it fun and where you don't want to leave. Having access to (3 car) garage makes it nice. Had some minor things wrong, but didn't ruin our trip. Ran out of propane while cooking and 2 other tanks were empty. BBQ wasn't clean after prior user. Pool had quite a bit of algae buildup, ending up scrubbing it clean and let the pump run to clean it up. Games need updating (new bocce balls as they were falling apart. Cornhole boards are delaminating and we all ended up with splinters at one point getting the bags, boss toss game is missing 2 bags) but they were still fun and got everyone outside most of the time. There's no outside lights for the games and with it getting darker earlier it's hard to play in the early evening. :( All the things listed above are minor issues and would not prevent me from renting here again. Thank you

Great spot for the family
This property was perfect form our family. The pool and games were enjoyed by our kids and the clean modern home was a great place to relax after a day on the lake. The neighborhood is about ten minutes from the lake with room for parking a boat which was nice. The neighborhood was also quiet. One thing, make sure to bring extra trash bags and paper towels (like the listing states). Enjoy!!

The rental was very accommodating for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Every area of the property was extremely welcoming and comfortable. We stayed with our family and had plenty of fun in the pool, cooking all of our meals at the house outside on the patio. We will return!

Great location
The house was nice and updated throughout. The location was perfect for our needs and neighborhood was quiet. The cleaning was definitely below expectations in consideration of the amenities and overall price. Additionally the outside fire pit propane tank leaked otherwise the backward was very nice.

Newly remodeled
The house is nicely remodeled and has great parking for boat and truck. Ice machine in garage is a great touch for the day you need it for the lake. When we arrived there was several areas in the backyard with dog poop from the previous renter. Having to pick up soemone else's dog crap sucks, but other then that the house is a great rental
