“Esperienza positiva, pariamo dalla camera, standard minimale ma confortevole, silenziosa e una doccia molto gradita. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità. L'ambiente è rilassante e confortevole. L'unica nota , a mio avviso, poco positiva è il parcheggio a pagamento a 15 euro a notte, anche se fuori a poche decine di metri c'è un parcheggio non a pagamento ma che non è di proprietà dell'Hotel. In definitiva, ci ritornerei sicuramente.”

“Bella struttura centrale a Riva con camere rimodernate. Due gravi difetti: 1. carenza di posti auto per cui se si arriva tardi e non si è prenotato si deve parcheggiare in strada a pagamento 2. mancanza di un servizio di caffetteria espressa a colazione - l'ospite viene invitato a servirsi dai distributori automatici, cosa che per un 4 stelle è inaccettabile”

“Foi maravilhosa. Um hotel novo, com pessoas muito simpaticas e prestarivas. Muito confortável, estacionamento próprio, um café da manhã excelente das 7:30 às 10:30. Maravilhoso. Se vc está escolhendo, pode reservar. Parabéns ”

“The view of the lake is second to none and accessible from any vantage points from the hotel. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the staff were most helpful making this a truly incredible experience from start to finish. 5 star”

“Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name.”
