From the moment you arrive at the hotel you feel unsafe, all around people lying on the floor, the receptionist super grumpy, common areas dirty, in the hallway on the way to my room smelly sheets thrown on the floor, it smelled bad, the room quite normal, the paint on the walls dirty and worn, but at least it fulfilled the function which was to spend only one night in that area, the mattresses are very poor quality, hard and very light, in the morning we went to have breakfast since the reservation says BREAKFAST INCLUDED, but again the quite rude staff said that there was no breakfast and that if I wanted to order a food delivery... we left and we will never return.

For the price, the room was small, the tub cracked on the outside, the walls thin so you could hear a lot, and the bathroom light only worked with a very loud fan,.so no way to be quiet if going in at night. Everything showing wear and not a lot of money going back into keeping things clean and nice. There was an unwashed dried spot next to the bed on the floor. Should he a cheaper room for the quality and the tiny breakfast offerings.

We got in the hotel late. The person told me that usually when u reserve on the third party. I will still need to make confirmation . So they give away our room . We got there 12 mid night and we travel for 6 hours with no where to stay .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and the staff was able to resolve it to our satisfaction. The room was clean and affordable.

Our bathroom sink would not drain at all and the kitchen sink drained very slowly. We had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub faucet :( I told the people at the front desk but it never was addressed. I’ve been to two other Extended stay locations and had great experiences but I am not coming back to this location.
