“I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked……

“The unit itself was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and convenient for what we had planned. The check in process was very confusing. The address took us to a different location (around the back), the key fobs were not working to access the building off the parking garage, and were not working to check out.
