“first, I need to mention about the basic necessity - the hotel just simply arrange me a single bed, instead of putting two single bed to make it to be their "Delux twinbed" By the end, it is not comfortable, there is a big gap between the two bed, inspite there is a camoflage of heavy bed sheets on the top. My rating for this hotel is just Bed and Breakfast grade for Local Italian, there are only two owners and young guy who can speak average English, while they are doing everythings for……

“Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings. Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! We had massages after a couple of days in Rome which were amazing leaving us renewed for our Tuscan roadtrip! very very recommended! ”

“Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”

“Nice ancient residence, lots of antique furniture & ambience, quiet w/comfy bed. Bathroom needed attention so shower wand fits wall & doesnt crash into the bath tub if moved & need a tub plug. Would be nice to add small lotion with bath soap to make this a more kuxurious stay. And the ancient door was VERY difficuot to lock in and out. Not good fire risk but you could knock the doo down if nec. Must make reservation for fabulous lake side dinner. Stroll down Viale Nicola Colesanti to lake side……

“Beautiful renovation, respecting the past, wonderful lush garden with majestic trees and flowers. Rooms are frescoed, clean, spacious . and orderly. Peaceful and cosy. Near Saturnia Spa.”

“Logement avec tout le nécessaire et une petite cuisine permettant de se faire à manger. Une petite terrasse est même disponible afin de manger à l’extérieur. L’hôtel répond très rapidement et est arrangeant sur les heures d’arrivée. ”

“This is a very nice family agro-resort with an excellent restaurant. The thermal pool is emptied and filled daily and open until midnight with a fountain, very lovely, However this is a thermal bath (very warm) which isn't always the best in such very hot weather, but of course that is not the resort's fault! The hosts were lovely people, met us when we arrived late. made individualized breakfasts. There was no wifi in the room due to a recent storm but the reastaurant area had it so it was……

“Che dire? Bellissima location in soggiornare, non credo si possa desiderare di più. L'accoglienza è stata delle migliori. La struttura è bellissima e curatissima con bellissime vedute sia sul centro storico di Bolsena che sul lago. Le sistemazioni sono comode, ampie e confortevoli oltre che perfettamente in stile con il contesto. Bella la piscina. Un ottimo rifugio dallo stress. Consigliatissimo”
