Nice fall stay
House is very nice. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Stayed mid Sept so did not use beach/pool but there were guest passes available. Check in/out stress free. Communication owner very prompt. Would rent again.

The House is Great for Families!! There was 12 of us and we had space. Communication with owner was great even in the middle of the night. We will be staying in the Summer!!

Read Carefully
The property listing is misleading - the property only has 4 true bedrooms (door, window and closet) vs. the 5 bedroom home as listed. The bedroom with two singles is a daybed with a trundle so unless you have small children it’s not meant to be shared with another adult. Same with bonus room in the basement. This room also has a day bed with a trundle and isn’t a true bedroom. It doesn’t have a door nor a closet and very small. Others have to walk through this room to get to the basement open area with games. Again no door to close out the noise. Property wasn’t throughly cleaned before arriving. Spider webs throughout the location especially in the kitchen area. We had to wash all of the linen before using. Hair (mainly pet) in the sheets and blankets so if you’re allergic to pets this is not the location for you. Other issues - master bathroom toilet is very wobbly, shower floor is covered in rocks not comfortable at all, shower head is very low pressure, sofas in living room and basement are ripped and badly worn, etc.

Our group truly enjoyed this beautiful house. It’s very clean, very nice interior design, you can feel warm and cozy energy there. Hosts are amazing people. Very detailed, very responsive. Definitely would come here!
