“It was good experience. Hotel location was good and easy approach able. Cleaning facilities were appropriate. Bedsheets and room condition was very good.Air conditions were working nicely.Hotel staff was very co-operative and ready to help all the time. ”

“Stayed 5 nights there. It was by far the best and charming accommodation during my Pakistan trip. Courteous staff keen to serve and satisfy the guest. Efficient concierge service. Appreciate the free return airport transfer. Room and bath slightly dusty, but generally clean. Slept very well on the king-size bed, even better then at home. They paid attention to my special requests regarding the room. Breakfast was a feast: rich spread of continental and above all delicious local dishes. I’ll miss……

“I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused……

“典型的经济型酒店，类似于国内的如家和7天。网上付款之后，到了酒店居然说没查到我付款了，还跟我要钱，后来我给他们发了我的酒店确认邮件，他们才知道我已经付款了。早餐非常简单，没什么特别的。酒店位置属于郊区，周围也没什么可以游览或者逛街的地方。我开了10分钟的水龙头，居然没放出热水，而且也没人打扫房间。唯一的好处是，我去机场的时候，他们提供了免费的班车。”
