The grounds were beautifully maintained. The unit was not. Front door didn’t close easily, automatic closure didn’t work, dishwasher was not securely installed under counter, hung out, microwave broken. Multiple calls to front desk for assistance were not returned. When we called about micowave, they were good to bring counter top microwave. Called front desk about no power once in kitchen, and they reset the power. Called for assistance with TV remotes and got no response. Bottoms of our feet were black from the grim on floors ( that wasn’t visible) upon wiping floor with paper towel, it was very dirty. There was a Swiffer mop available so I washed floors. Unit sleeps 4. Other couple were without full bedding due to wrong size sheets for sofa bed. When we told Outrigger they apologized and offered to correct problem but our company only stayed with us one night. Given the Lahaina fires, staffing may be an issue. We were charged a cleaning fee of plus taxes.,as well as a damage fee of plus taxes, that will hopefully be refunded.
