Our stay at Aston Maui Ka’anapali Villas was less than satisfactory. While the property operates on villa availability through owners, we faced several challenges. After a long 6-hour flight, our check-in experience was quite unpleasant, with a 3-hour wait for our room. I would recommend considering larger hotel groups like Marriott for more attentive customer service. Initially, our room had no hot water, and the front desk attendant was rude, offering no assistance when we had to move to another room. The new room did have hot water, but it was discolored and seemed unused for a long time. Additionally, the bedsheets had an odd smell. Be aware that there’s no restaurant on the premises, so you'll need to bring essentials if your room has a kitchen. On a positive note, there is plenty of parking available at no extra cost. It's also advisable to book a car in advance as relying on Uber could be expensive."
