“La casa está genial, está a media cuadra de la playa, la alberca es grande y el área de estar es muy cómoda y amplia. Además algo que agradecemos enormemente es tener el control de la temperatura, estaba helado! Y por las noches teníamos que subir un poco la temperatura; durante varias vacaciones en otras casas no nos permitían bajar la temperatura y hacía calor, aquí no fue el caso! Tiene todo lo que ocupábamos para nuestra estancia, electrodomésticos en la cocina, juguetes en el área de……

“pros: large with plenty of comfy beds. pretty clean. plenty of dishes to use and cook with. dishwasher works well. has keurigg and traditional coffee makers. laundry. big open living room. playpen. backyard pool/hot tub amazing. beach close. cons: needs maintenance/attention to certain areas of the house. the baby gates were useless, not only because they were broken but also because they werent even wide enough to put at the main stairs, which is obv the main concern for this property when……

“The host was very friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and very close to beach access. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The game/bar room was a fun idea even though we didn't get to utilize it. The furniture and decor were great! There was some rust on the exterior doors which can be expected and didn't impact our stay but did detract from the overall feel.”

“It was as it seems. An out of date funky house. Master bedroom is down, other 2 bedrooms are up a spiral staircase. We brought our small dog. The house needs some maintenance and updating, but it functioned well. The old carpet was a little gross. The kitchen was adequate with supplies, minus a vegetable peeler. If you need to open a bottle of wine, you could do 8 at a time. I had one issue with the water heater not working. The phone went to a robo system with no place to leave a message and a……

“Home was beautifully decorated and very modern. Although it’s a duplex it’s designed to where the common walls do not share sound from neighbors. As others have said there is no extras like washing machine soap or a dishwasher but they did supply paper towels and plenty of paper goods. The backyard was a little unkept and bird feathers in the pool. Inside was extremely clean and nice large screen tv. AC ran nice and cool. Walk to beach and easy access to main streets. ”

“This is the 5th time we have stayed at this house. For the most part it is perfect. However, the Stove needs to be replaced. It takes forever to cook on the stove and the oven has a burnt out element. In addition, the fire detectors constantly go off when the kitchen gets smoky making bacon.”
