A Peaceful Vacation
Vanessa has a beautiful property with 3 lovely apartments. The grounds are filled with gardens and fish ponds. All are in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to town and the beach. Hope to return.

We stayed at the Studio apartment and it was perfect for our 5 nights in the Algarve. The gardens were so lovely, and the pool (more suited for sun bunnies than my shade-needing self!), was a pretty oasis we used a couple of times, mostly the evening. We had all the dishes/amenities we needed, and then some! Bring your own beach and pool towel when you stay, as the provided ones are only for the Studio/not for use out side the apartment. Our host was very helpful and welcoming, and being able to walk into town and to the beach was fantastic.

Studio with unique water garden and pool
Lovely little garden studio with separate kitchen. Well equipped. Patio area and beautiful water gardens and pool. Hospitable hosts. Very quiet and relaxing , about 10 minutes walk from centre of Carvoeiro, which has an abundance of fantastic restaurants.

The perfect escape
Superb location, cleanliness and privacy, no need to interact with no-one which means a good feeling of safety inside the studio and around the house. The studio has everything a couple needs for a pleasant stay, kitchen, AC, smart TV so it's possible to sign in to your Netflix account in case you want a movie night, extremely nice garden and pool with spaces to enjoy the weather or a drink. Carvoeiro downtown is just 5min walk and has a lovely beach and plenty of dinner options. Also is a good start point if you want to explore the Algarve. Terry and Vanessa where there to assist us in any matter and we will love to come back some day.

Lovely penthouse apartment
We had a great 10 day stay on Vanessa’s lovely property. The view from the spacious deck was spectacular. The apartment is well stocked for cooking. The bed was comfortable. It’s very spacious for a studio setup. Vanessa was accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had a fantastic stay. We’d definitely book again.

Emplacement parfait ! Propriété vraiment jolie ! Vanessa a toujours été très réactive ! Un cafard a réussi a passé par les canalisations, Vanessa a directement fait traité les canalisations pour que nous soyons tranquilles, elle a été parfaite. Le logement est très confortable pour 2, très propre, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à Vanessa.

Tranquil Gem
An amazing property in grounds that seem to go on forever. The owners are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely swimming pool, ponds with fish and of course the cheeky frogs. Very handy for the centre of Carvoeiro. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Ideal for an escape to the sun, without the hassle and noise of the larger Algarve resorts. Three separate one-bedroomed apartments enjoy their own privacy, yet successfully share a large wonderfully maintained garden - and refreshing pool.

A wonderful week
We had a wonderful and relaxed week at the Garden Studio. Casa das Primas is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very central in Carvoeiro, so you can reach everything very easily on foot. The apartment is a beautiful and very clean little house itself and equipped with all you need. We really loved spending time in the private patio under the huge tree. Vanessa was a very nice, welcoming and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay there :)

We had an amazing time in Casa das Primas. The Garden studio is an seperate room with a kitchen and the bathroom, you got everything you need. It is a great Place to stay and to discover the Algarve. If you need a day to rest, you can relax in the great pool area.

Toller Urlaub mit super Möglichkeiten
Wir waren 10 Tage bei supernetten Gastgebern Vanessa und Terry in einem schönen und gepflegten Ambiente. Bezüglich der Covid19 Maßnahmen wurden alle Vorgaben eingehalten, es wird hier höchsten Wert auf Hygiene gelegt. Das Haus und Grundstück ist auch Familienfreundlich. Die Restaurants und Geschäfte sind alle auf Schutzmaßnahmen eingestellt. Der Strand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Strände in 15 Gehminuten und ein Traumstrand Marinha Praia in 10 Autominuten. Einen Stern Abzug da ein guter und günstiger Supermarkt nur mit dem Auto erreichbar ist und Elektrofahrräder mit 12c/min teuer sind. Alles in allem ein Top Reiseziel, auch und gerade in der verrückten Corona Zeit. Wir werden es empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
